FOR AGENCIES

One workspace. An agent per client.
Your brand on every widget.

Most AI chat tools price per bot, so every client you add is another subscription. The ones that do offer agency pricing are usually flow-builders with a language model bolted on. $199 a month covers unlimited agents and white label — on answers good enough to put your own logo on.

THE MATH

Per-agent pricing punishes the thing you do

An agency's whole model is running the same playbook across many clients. Pricing that charges for each one taxes exactly that, and it caps how small a client you can profitably take on.

Flat pricing inverts it. The eleventh client costs you nothing more than the tenth, so the small retainers you would otherwise turn down become the profitable ones.

ONE PLAN, $199/MO
The bill does not move when you add a client. Your cost per client does.

What you actually hand a client

The parts that decide whether this is a service you can charge for.

An agent per client, not a plan per client
Every client gets their own agent with its own sources, its own tone, its own domain allow-list. They never share an index, and one client's content can never surface in another's answers.
Your brand on the widget
White label is included, not an add-on. Your launcher, your colours, no Midnight footer. The client sees your agency, which is the only way this works as a service you sell.
Answers that cite their own content
Every answer carries clickable citations back to the client's pages. When they ask why the bot said something, you show them — instead of shrugging at a black box.
It says "I don't know" instead of inventing
Each agent has a confidence threshold calibrated against its own content. Below it, the agent declines and can collect an email instead. The failure mode of a bot that guesses is your reputation.
A live link before you invoice
Every agent has a hosted page you can send to a client mid-pitch. No embed, no access to your dashboard — just a working agent trained on their site.
See what it could not answer
Analytics ranks the questions that hit the fallback most often, grouped so a question asked five times ranks above five one-offs. That list is your retainer conversation.
WHAT YOUR CLIENT SEES
“Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval.”
Refund policyBilling FAQ
Every claim traces back to a page on their site. When a client challenges an answer, you click through to the source instead of apologising for a black box.
WHY IT HOLDS UP

You are putting your name on its answers

That is the part agencies underrate. A bot that invents a refund policy does not embarrass the vendor — it embarrasses you, in front of the client who hired you, about their own business.

This one cites the page it read, and declines when retrieval is too weak instead of filling the gap with something plausible. Those two behaviours are why a client keeps paying the retainer after month one.

THE WORKFLOW

Adding a client, start to finish

1
Create the agent
Paste their domain. It crawls up to 50 pages and starts embedding immediately.
2
Check what it knows
Ask it the ten questions their support inbox actually gets. The retrieval inspector shows why any answer was weak.
3
Fill the gaps
Add the answers it missed as Q&A pairs. They are live the moment you save them.
4
Brand it
Your colours, your launcher, no Midnight footer.
5
Send the link
A hosted page with the agent already open. This is the pitch.
6
Embed and invoice
One script tag on their site. You bill them; we bill you.

Questions agencies ask

How does billing work if I have twelve clients?
One subscription, one invoice, to you. You bill your clients however you like. We never contact them and there is nothing in the widget that tells them we exist.
What happens when a client leaves?
Delete or archive their agent. Nothing about your plan changes and no other client is affected. Agents are not seats, so your bill does not move.
Can I resell this under my own name?
Yes. That is what the Scale plan is for — unlimited agents and white label, without a sales call or a partner programme.
Do all my clients share one credit pool?
Yes. 30,000 credits a month across every agent, so a quiet client subsidises a busy one instead of you buying a plan for each. Overage is billed per thousand credits if you go past it.
How long does onboarding a client take?
Point it at their website and it crawls up to 50 pages. The agent is answerable once the first handful are embedded, so a pitch-ready demo is minutes, not a project.
Can I give a client their own login?
Not yet. Workspace members can see every agent in the workspace, so today you keep the dashboard and share results with clients. Per-client access is on the roadmap.
