What is a credit?
One credit is one message answered by the default model. A model that costs more to run carries a multiplier, printed on its card before you select it, so a two-credit model costs two credits per message and never surprises you on the invoice.
What happens when I run out?
Overage is $15 per 1,000 credits, billed on top of the plan. Nothing stops answering. You are warned in the dashboard and by email when the balance drops below ten percent of the monthly allowance.
Do credits roll over?
No. The allowance resets each month. Overage credits are billed for what you used, not bought in advance, so there is nothing to lose at the reset.
What does the free plan leave out?
Nothing that changes how the agent answers. It is one agent with a small monthly allowance, full citations and grounded mode. It exists so you can put a real agent in front of a real visitor before paying.
Can I change plans mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and the new allowance is available at once. Downgrades take effect at the next reset so you keep what you have paid for.
Is there an annual discount?
Not yet. Plans are monthly and cancel any time. If you need annual invoicing, that is part of the Enterprise conversation.
