FOR CLINICS & PRACTICES

Take the admin calls off your front desk

Opening hours, which insurers you accept, what a first appointment costs, whether you see children. Every one of those interrupts someone at reception who is standing in front of a patient.

WHAT IT HANDLES

The questions you answer again and again

Do you accept Bupa?
Are you open on Saturdays?
How much is a hygienist appointment?
Do you see children, and from what age?
Where can I park?
WITH RECEIPTS

Every answer says where it came from

The agent answers from your pages and cites them. When something is wrong you can see which page taught it that, which turns an argument about the bot into a five-minute content fix.

And when retrieval is too weak to be sure, it says so instead of filling the gap with something that sounds right.

VISITOR
Do you take Bupa and how much is a check-up if I'm paying myself?
AGENT
Yes, the practice is registered with Bupa. A self-funded routine examination is £65, which includes any x-rays taken on the day.

WHAT TO TRAIN IT ON

You already wrote all of this

1
Services and pricing pages
What you offer and what it costs, so nobody has to call to ask.
2
Insurance and payment pages
The list of insurers you work with — a question that alone can be a fifth of your calls.
3
Opening hours and location
Including the parking and access details buried at the bottom of the contact page.
4
New patient information
What to bring, what to expect, how long to allow.
Administrative questions only — never patient information
This answers questions about your practice, not about a person. It has no access to records, it must not be used to discuss symptoms, diagnosis or treatment for an individual, and you should not configure it to collect health information. It is a receptionist for the questions that never needed a clinician, and keeping that line clear is what keeps it safe to run.

Questions we get

Can it book an appointment?
It can capture the request and the visitor's details so your team books it. A direct connection to a booking system is possible as a custom action, but it is not on by default.
What if a patient describes a symptom to it?
Configure the agent to decline and direct them to call the practice — and for anything urgent, to the appropriate emergency service. Grounded mode already refuses what it cannot answer from your pages; the instruction makes the handoff explicit.
We are a small practice. Is this worth it?
The value is proportional to how often the phone rings with a question your website already answers. If that is several times a day, it is a receptionist's afternoon back every week.
