FOR ONLINE STORES

The same five questions, answered before they reach your inbox

Shipping windows, return windows, sizing, stock, and where an order is. That is most of a store's support volume, and almost all of it is already written down somewhere on your site.

WHAT IT HANDLES

The questions you answer again and again

Do you ship to Canada, and how long does it take?
What is your return window?
Does this run true to size?
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Is the medium back in stock?
WITH RECEIPTS

Every answer says where it came from

The agent answers from your pages and cites them. When something is wrong you can see which page taught it that, which turns an argument about the bot into a five-minute content fix.

And when retrieval is too weak to be sure, it says so instead of filling the gap with something that sounds right.

VISITOR
I ordered a jacket last week, can I still return it if it doesn't fit?
AGENT
Yes — returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, unworn and with tags attached. Exchanges for a different size are free; refunds have a $6 return shipping fee deducted.

WHAT TO TRAIN IT ON

You already wrote all of this

1
Shipping and returns pages
The two policies that generate the most tickets, and the two most often buried three clicks deep.
2
Product and collection pages
Materials, sizing, care instructions — the detail that decides a purchase.
3
Size guides
Usually a table nobody finds. The agent reads it and answers in a sentence.
4
Your existing FAQ
If you have written it once, the agent stops you writing it again.
Order status needs one thing wired up
Answering "where is my order" means looking that order up, which is an action connected to your store — not something any agent can read off your website. Without it the agent handles policy, product and sizing questions well and hands order-specific ones to you. Set the action up and it can answer those too, for a visitor whose identity you have verified.

Questions we get

Will it invent a shipping time?
No. If your pages do not state a delivery window for that country, the agent says it does not know and offers to take an email rather than guessing a date you would then have to honour.
What happens when I change a policy?
Re-crawl the page and only what changed is re-embedded. With auto-sync on, that happens daily without you.
Can it capture a lead when it cannot answer?
Yes. A visitor who asks something out of scope is offered the email form instead of a dead end.
